WELCOME!

Many folks come here looking for a special issue for someone. Let me give you a couple of hints to ease your searching.

First, the Categories on the left side of the website group the issues by year, and by many topics that you may find interesting and or useful.

If you select a specific year from the categories, you will be shown all of the issues we have in inventory with their QTY. There will be at least one copy of each issue even if we have none in inventory (QTY=0). This gives you the ability to see all the issues covers even if we do not have a copy at this time.

If you are looking for a specific date, then enter in the Search bar at the top of the website the date in the format of mm/dd/yy, for example 03/07/45. Life magazines where published weekly from November 1936 until the end of 1972.

You may also use "keywords" to search the cover titles and many other keywords that we have associated with certain issues. For example, "Monroe" will get you the list of Life's with Marilyn included.

As you have selected a particular category and are shown all of the issues for that category, you may then select a specific issue and you will be presented with a photo of that issues table of contents. This is very helpful if you a looking for a specific article or if you are just curious about the topics covered in that issue.

We have over 7,000 issues of LIFE and more than 90% of the issues published during the 1936-1972 period. We have cross referencing capability to assist in locating for your special issue.

The volume of material (approximately 235,000 pages) prevents us from doing page by page searches of the issues to locate topics.

We have added a "Research Service" to accomodate your need to locate specific items or topics. We are happy to receive your request and will try to accommodate it, if reasonablly possible.

We also ask for your feedback on how we can improve this service and this website.

Thank you for visiting and we hope you found our site, products and services to be of value.

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL PURCHASES SHIPPED WITHIN THREE(3) BUSINESS DAYS OF CONFIRMED PAYMENT

WE COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ISSUES AS SHOWN IN THE CHART BELOW.

Due to requirements for documentation and cost, we do not offer International service. If you have a need for international service and are willing to pay $35 for shipping up to four magazines then email me at ron.peele@gmail.com

All of our shipments are professionally packaged using a plastic sleeve to contain the magazines to protect them from moisture and other potential damage. They are then inserted into a custom sourced, stiff cardboard mailer that is difficult to bend or damage.

So, if your postal worker slings the thing on the porch in the middle of a rainstorm, chances are the magazines will be in the same condition as we shipped them when you open it. If he mangles it and then throws it in a pool of water then he most likely did it harm.

While we have taken steps to protect the items shipped, we do not offer insurance and the buyer assumes all risk for damage in shipping after the order is shipped.

If you have need for overnight shipping, please call 704-905-5075 to determine availablity and cost.
